My roasted chicken...

So I am no chef but I have been on a mission lately to make and try making new stuff for dinner! I dont want to get stuck eating and cooking the same dishes over and over again. So last week I made my first roasted chicken ever! I put lemon pepper on it and it turned out so pretty I took pictures! Haha.I am a nerd I know. Anyways, I also have been trying to cook not only yummy dinners but dinners that are economical. So with the roasted chicken I was able to make chicken enchiladas also. So for $2.70 I bought a whole chicken and made two dinners. Yes exciting I know. Eating is fun!
